Flurry Neckwarmer Materials: about 100 yds of a 4.5 st/inch yarn Needles US 8, or as desired Cast on 27 sts loosely. Rows 1 & 2: knit Row 3: k1, *k5, triple throw into each of the next 5 sts*, end k6 Row 4: k1 *k5, slip cluster of 5* end k6 Rows 5 & 6: knit Row 7: k1 *triple throw into each of next 5 sts, k5* end with triple throw in each of next 5 sts, k1 row 8: k1 *slip cluster of 5, k5* end slipping cluster of 5, k1 Repeat rows 1-8 for 15 repeats. Knit rows 1-6 once more. Then knit 1 more row and bind off loosley, as if to purl. Attach a button or use shawl pin to secure. The openings of the clusters make great button holes so you don't need to work them in as you knit.
Triple Throw - insert needle thru next stitch as if to knit, wrap yarn around the needle 3 times, then finish the knit stitch as usual. Slip Cluster - bring yarn forward, slip next 5 sts. to right needle, letting the extra wraps drop off as you do so, then bring yarn to back, slip these 5 sts back to the left needle and knit them
