Chrysthanthemum Capelet This REALLY simple knit is done in a variegated bulky wool yarn that is knit in the round on US 13 needles & then adorned with a felted chrysthanthemum. I wore this just the other day in the shop and loved it! It kept the chill off my shoulders and neck when I really didn't need a full sweater and yet it did not slip off my shoulders constantly the way a shawl might. It has a flattering scoop neckline and comes just down to the elbows so it doesn't get in the way of your arm and hand movements the way a poncho might. The capelet kit features Malabrigo Aquarella yarn. I knit the chrysanthemum in Cascade 220 and then felted. Since not everyone wants the flower adornment, the kit just includes pattern for the capelet and yarn for the capelet. Price: $45
