The Public Side This fun sweater is knit based on an original Tahki pattern that appeared in Knits last year and is available as a free download from Interweave Knits. The original has dolman sleeves and is seamed so the right side is a reverse stockinette stitch. Because I don't care for dolman sleeves and because I wanted to knit it in Noro's Kureyon, with stripes, I altered the design to accomodate a modified drop sleeve. I also seamed it so the the right side shows the knit rather than the reverse stockinette side, tho' in Kureyon, both sides looked great. Click on either photo to see that the front, back and sleeve seams(which run down the top, not the underarm, of the sleeve) are to the outside ("public" side) of the sweater. The shoulder and side seams are hidden. Kit includes modified pattern and yarn to knit up to a size 44" chest. Price: $79
