Home > lizzard ridge afghan

This pattern is a free download from knitty.com. It involves short row shaping and knitting backwards. Each square is knit from a different colorway of Noro's Kureyon. This would be a great project to start this summer to have done for next XMAS...you only knit a square at a time so its really portable and because dye lots don't matter you can buy the yarn as you go ($8.50/sk) rather than having to lay out all that cash up front. In the end it takes between 21 and 24 sks. If you want to learn the pattern and techniques used, we're offering a class at the end of March.
