Bond This breed is from a cross of a Lincoln (for length and luster) and merino (for fineness and crimp). An unusual find, I had this natural light brown fleece processed into a fine pencil draft and it is nice and springy and yet has good length. Students in the last beginning spinning class enjoyed it. Like merino, it can be spun very fine so 1 package is enough for a shawl, or spun a bit heavier and by long draw it makes a lovely soft and insulating yarn perfect for a hat or scarf. 4oz/pkg.
