Mo Roving This medium grade wool roving is drafted to a fine sliver and comes in a lovely range of colors. It has been really easy for beginning spinners to learn on. It also felts well (BJ spun and knit the entrelac bag below using 3 different blues and 3 different rust/oranges...it's gorgeous and my photo doesn't really do it justice!) and although I've used it primarily for wet felting, it certainly can be needle felted and is now available in a nice color-pak for just that purpose. So if you're a needle felter looking for 1 ounce each of 20 colors, the Mo-Paks may be a good way to get a range of colors. The color pak is a great way for a spinner to create a colorful exotic "indy" skein too....just randomly spin from different colors in the pak for different lengths until the entire box is gone! For those of you who are spinning or wet felting, the 4 oz bags may be the better way to go. Price per 4 oz bag: $6.50 Price per 20 oz random mix: $32.
