Araucania Yarns >Liwen Araucania Liwen This new yarn for fall 2010 is kettle dyed, as are other Araucania yarns, but this one additionally offers some thick & thin texturing for those interested in some surface dimension as well. Liwen is 50% alpaca/50% wool and features 118 yards. It is recommended knit at 3.5 sts/inch on US 10. Check back after our Yarn Tasting (Sat Sept 11) for some swatches.
