Candide This 100% wool yarn has been around for ever. It is not so heavily scoured as many commercial wools giving it a more rustic homespun look and a feel of lanolin. I have it available in 4 of the natural colors. The "natural" is great for aran sweaters. It is not bleached and therefore has a creamy-yellowish tint to it. The "natural black" is actually a really dark brown and what they call "sheeps gray" is more oatmeal to me. It knits at 4 sts/in on US 9. 194 yds/sk. Price: $8/sk
