The Mirasol Line of yarns purchases their alpaca fibers from a particular ranch in Peru which promises to pay fair wages for the fiber raising and in addition, the Mirasol yarn producers have commited to giving back a percentage of their sales to this very rural area of Peru to first build and then sustain a school. All four yarns have pattern support by Jane Ellison.
