Hat Kits > Taos Tam Taos This 100% wool knits at a worsted gauge of 4.5 sts/inch on US 8 or 9. It felts really well and creates a series of blending stripes. The beret shown below was knit with 1 skein. It can be worn a number of different ways and looks great in them all. Although this isn't my favorite color in the ball, it knits up in a lovely subtle shade. This yarn feels REALLY soft! The pattern is a free download from the manufacturer Crystal Palace and it asks for 2 skeins...which you will need if you want to put the pom pom on. Again, we did the beret below with just 1 skein by leaving the pom pom off. The pom pom is really cute, I just can't make a good one so we left it this way! 128 yds/sk. Price: 8.00
