Suri Jabot This lovely jabot scarf is knit in a Suri Elegance. "Suri" is a type of alpaca that represents less than 10% of all alpaca's out there. It is known for producing a lovely long and silky fiber. Most of the alpaca commercially available is from the "huacayo" strain of alpacas. It, too, is lovely, but the hand of this "suri" is special.
