Home > Yarns > Acrylic Blends > Amity Print Amity Prints This playful yarn by Ella Rae is the same fiber content (75/25 acrylic/wool) as the popular Encore by Plymouth, but comes in a self-striping yarn and with fabulous pattern support. Customers have overlooked the yarn on it's own, but have ended up getting it once they saw it knit up. And now for the spring 2012, 3 new colors have arrived (shown left below). They are spring time variations (lighter) for some of the fall/winter ones (i.e. latte is a lighter version of caramel; lime lighter than avocado, etc). Knits at 4.5 sts/inch US 8-9. Machine washable and featuring 200 yards per skein, this yarn retails at $7.50/sk. The book featuring the patterns shown is available as well (scroll down).
