Scarf Yarns > Flounce This yarn creates a fun, lightweight, soft and "flouncy" ruffled scarf. It's not knit in the usual way (see video below to see how easily it is done, however. This scarf took just 1 skein and part of an evening to complete.The scarf below is ruffly all the way around and measures approx 48" long. 100% acrylic, 2 sts/inch on us 11-13.
