Haze This yarn is made of 60% corn and 40% cotton. Each 100 gm skein features 275 yards. It knits at 5.25 - 5.5 sts/inch on a US 6. I was pleasantly surprised at the elasticity in this yarn...usually the plant based yarns have no give whatsoever, making them harder on the hands to knit, less resilient to being pulled and stretched, and less forgiving if you have any uneveness of tension when knitting. But this yarn has more spring to it than any cotton, soy, hemp or linen yarn. This little baby vest used 1 skein and the pattern is free with the yarn purchase. This yarn would be a lovely choice for the Diagonal Triangle Tee pattern as well. Price per skein : $12.95
