Ragg Wool This 85% wool/15% nylon yarn comes on a 1 lb cone that has 1200 yards. Referred to as a "ragg" wool because it is a marl (2 different colors plied together) of grey and white. It knits at 5-5 5 st/in as a single strand or doubled (as shown below in the swatch) at 4.5 sts/inch. Based on the yardage estimator, two cones give you enough yardage for up to a man's 52" chest sweater PLUS enough left over for a pair of socks! 101yds/50g ball.
