This 100% organic wool yarn from Juniper Moon features 191 yards/sk. I've got 4 new colors for fall 2020= a lovely bordeaux (which they call rosewood), a blue that has a bit more umpf than denim (a blue I happen to love, but this new one is amped up a bit), and another super orange - this new one deeper and more "rust" than 109 which has quite a bit o heathery yellow in it, and a nice, clear, true purple. Be sure to click on the photos to see enlarged view so you can make out the color differences better.

Recommended knit at 4 sts/inch on a US 9, it has a soft hand and quite a bit of spring - which we like because that means the yarn has a lot of elasticity so a garment -even the dramatic cabled coat shown below - will not hang and lose it's shape!

This yarn is really soft knit up, making it great for hats and mittens. And yet along with the softness, it has the "structure" to support a sweater, coat, cabled jacket etc.

And it has great stitch definition, as the hat and both the cabled sweater coat and cardigan (Aileas, from Ravelry) garments pictured in the right sidebar demonstrate! The cardigan, Aileas, is knit at 4.5 sts/inch, is a 44" chest and used 7 sks.

And like it's lighter weight cousin, Patagonia, it is also a great value at just $14.99/sk!!
