Araucania Yarns > Toconao Toconao Merino This kettle-dyed yarn has caught everyone's eye...don't know whether it is the rich saturated colors or the model which catches the eye first, but both the colors and the project have been popular this past week since it arrived. This is a really springy merino with a nice twist. Soft but it ought to be pretty durable too-I don't expect much pilling. 4.5 sts/inch us 7-8 and 139 yds. . The model shown (color 502) is from a Jenny Watson pattern book (available below also for $18) and takes 6 sks to fit a 38 and 7 sks to fit a 42. LOTS of people have tried it on of all different body types and it has looked great on them all....a very flattering style.
