Sashiko uses a thimble unlike the thimbles that go on the tip of your finger! Instead, this "plate" thimble is worn over the middle finger of the dominant hand, with the plate facing inward, so after gathering a run of stitches on the needle you push the needle thru using the plate. Sometimes we have the Tulilp brand in stock (as shown here) and other times we have the Clover brand in stock. They are the same shape, size, material and price - just the packaging differs. So I can't be sure which one you'll get - which one we have in stock depends on whom we last ordered from!
