This is a summery blend of 26% silk 21% cotton 15% viscose, 14% mohair and 12% poly. And is as perfect for a summer top or shawl as it is for a winter garment or accessory for those who try to limit the wool next to their skin!
It is recommended knit at 4-5 sts/inch on a US 7-9 needle.
With a whopping 528 yds per giant ball, you can get two 6-7" x 42" long scarves and a pair of wristlets, or 1 wider/longer scarf and the wristlets from 1 ball. One ball is also enough to knit a great shoulder wrap that can double as a big cowl under a coat (see the pattern offered on the Noro Ito page).
