These giant "shawl balls" are 100% wool (organic and mulesing free wool) and feature 47 different colors, which is what distinguishes this yarn from Noro's popular Kureyon yarn (aside from the size of the ball!).
Where Kureyon features some 7-9 colors that repeat over and over, Ito streams thru 47 colors for a different effect.
1 ball of Ito knits a popular cowl that is deep enough to pull down over the shoulders for a bit of warmth indoors. Two makes a big wrap. And lots of customers use this for afghans.
