Cuddles by Ella Rae
There's a big range of "acrylics" out there so I have always limited my choices for the store to good quality acrylic blends like Encore by Plymouth and Colourspun by Jody Long. Both of these have some wool in them, which as a knitter who prefers natural fiber, I like. And both incorporate good quality acrylics with the wool - not like the cheaper dime store brands that totally lose their shape.
But I've always hesitated to stock a 100% acrylic...up to now, anyway!
Because I can understand the appeal of this new, super soft and plush 100% poly chenille yarn by Ella Rae! I can totally imagine my grand niece Lyra wanting this luxurious softness around her neck. Or to have a stuffed animal knit or crocheted out of it to cuddle with.
Cuddles features 109 yards per ball and is recommended knit at 3-3.5 sts/inch on a US 11-17 or 8-12.75mm needle. There are some adorable stuffed animal patterns to support it. And a scarf or cowl is a no brainer!
And what a deal at just $8.50 per ball!
