Felted Tweed by Rowan is a hugely popular, decent value yarn for a classic knit.
It is recommended knit at 5.5 - 6 sts/inch and each has 195 yards per ball.
Spun from alpaca, wool and viscose blend that is soft, but has some structure. And, it's machine washable - gentle cycle and not super hot water!
